Reservation Policy

  1. Your request to reserve a vessel will be given priority on a first come first serve basis.

  2. Once you submit your information, a representative will contact you to confirm the availability of the boat.

  3. Once we confirm boat availability for your desired date and time we will email you card authorization form 

  4. Upon issuance of your reservation #, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total cost. The remaining 50% is due seven (7) days prior to the yacht charter date.


Forms of Payment for Yacht Rentals:

  • Preferred payment methods: 

  • Cash and Bank Transfer are accepted.

  • Sales Tax of 7.0% is not included in your rental quote.

  • Rental quote price does not include 15%-20% gratuity.

  • 3% Surcharge will apply to all credit cards transactions.



Security deposit required for all boat rentals and yacht charters:

A security deposit for incidentals will be put on hold on a credit card which will not be charged and will be refunded upon return. ALL RENTALS MUST HAVE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.


We cannot predict any issues that may arise on these boats and yacht charters. Although it rarely happens and we keep all our equipment well maintained, it happens and it is in most cases out of our control. Upon the owner’s authorization, we will issue a credit towards a future rental but cannot offer any refunds.

In the rare occasion that your reserved boat becomes unavailable, we will gladly accommodate a similar model or upgrade to next available boat at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • Charters are not subject to cancellation nor refundable unless the boat is unfit for charter. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions a rain check or credit of the charter fee will be issued with no expiration.
